About Greater Los Angeles Education Foundation The Greater Los Angeles Education Foundation (GLAEF) is the premier philanthropic partner of the Los Angeles County Office of Education (LACOE) and the school districts served throughout the county.

GLAEF is an independent non-profit organization, intended to operate autonomously from LACOE, but in the service to it. Supporting its regional agenda and mission to advance equity and innovation in education across Los Angeles County, GLAEF expands the impact of LACOE, the largest regional education agency in the nation, by engaging a diverse range of partners to navigate countywide and local complexities.
