The courses listed in the real estate salesperson certificate of accomplishment will qualify and prepare a student to take the written examination for a real estate salesperson license. Upon successfully passing the examination and other California Bureau of Real Estate (CalBRE) requirements, a license will be approved by the CalBRE. This license is required to conduct real estate activities while under the supervision of a licensed broker. To earn a certificate of accomplishment, students must complete each of the required courses with a “C” grade or higher. Certificate requirements may be completed by a combination of day and evening classes.
